We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Account Executive to help us expand our clientele and grow our business through sophisticated partnerships and creative strategic initiatives. Your goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. We prefer that you have pre-established relationships with potential partners, preferably in digital media, advertising, brand agencies, OTT, and a previous track record of building and growing successful long-term partnerships. This position is based in NYC.

This role is responsible for acquiring new customers and closing new business
Leading all aspects of deal development and prospecting: sourcing, preparing contracts, negotiating and closing, including proactively identifying potential business partners and executing agreements
Partnership & client management
Brainstorming with internal team to create new strategies and think creatively about brands which might pair well together for projects
Managing company and client expectations
Creating sales pitches and decks
Executing sales objectives
Managing client accounts, building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Finding and following new sales leads
Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
Attending networking events
Managing records of sales, invoices, revenue, and other important data
Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
Researching market and industry trends, identifying new markets and client needs
3-5+ years of previous experience in ad, digital and media sales
Pre-established relationships across Fortune 1000 brands
Audio/Podcast Market knowledge
Proven track record of revenue growth
Entrepreneurial instincts and the ability to work independently
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
Responsive and communicative in-person, on phone, and over email

Experienced at compiling and following budgets
Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects
